HOW IS THE LENGTH MEASURED?
The Straight Textures are measured true to length.
The curly, Body Wave, Loose Wave, and Deep Wave are measured when hair is pulled straight
CAN THE HAIR BE STRAIGHTENED OR CURLED?
YES, this is 100% Human Hair, so treat it as your own. You can curl and straighten the hair as desired. (Note – The hair may lose some of the curl pattern with constant blow dryer.)
CAN MY NEW HAIR BE COLOERED /DYED?
YES, you can color our hair. Our hair is 100% virgin remy hair of premium quality and has never been chemically treated and it can therefore handle the coloring process very well.
However, it will no longer be virgin once you color or process the hair. We suggest you consult a professional if you wish to color your new hair.
WHAT IS LAGOGO HAIR COLOR NATURAL?
Our nature color can ranged from off black #1B to dark brown #2.
HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED TO ORDER?
For a full sew in weave we recommend buying 3 packs of hair. For hair over 16″, we recommend ordering 3-4 packs of hair. The main rule: longer hair equals shorter weft width.
Also, take into consideration that the numbers packs needed also depends on the style and volume you desire. For example, if you want a celebrity weave with a lot of volume and layers, you will need 3 to 4 packs of hair.
WHAT DOES CO-WASH MEAN?
Co-Washing, also known as conditioner washing, is a way to clean the hair without the use of shampoo. Washing your hair with conditioner, or co-washing, is often considered very good for curly hair. Co-washing consists of cleansing the hair with a MOISTURIZING conditioner.

DOES LAGOGO HAIR TANGLE OR SHEDS?
We are committed to giving you beautiful hair with MINIMAL shedding and tangling. With proper care you can minimize shedding and tangling. Please keep in mind that all of our hair extensions are a product of a manufacturing company. You may limit shedding by sealing your weft with fabric fusion or fabric glue. WHERE DO LAGOGO PURCHASE THE VIRGIN HAIR?
LAGOGO Brazilian and Peruvian hair is purchased from small rural villages across South America. These particular villages have individuals that reside in rural cities that sell their hair for income. Our Malaysia hair is purchased from Southeast Asia. This is why we can guarantee authenticity of our hair.
HOW IS LAGOGO HAIR PRECESSED?
Our hair is processed in a quality fashion. Before purchasing hair, we inspect and pick hair for quality control. Processing is done by hand in small batches and all of our hairs is sterilized and fumigated for lice, and nits. We make certain each bundle is from one individual. OUR HAIR GOES THROUGH A QUALITY INSPECTION BEFORE WE MAKE IT AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS.
We shampoo and deep condition our hair before delivery. Some of our hairs are steam processed which gives a more defined pattern and luster. The steaming process is completely chemical free.
